Overall Responsibilities: The Junior reputed company Partner plays a strategic role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring reputed company across clinical and administrative functions reputed company reputed company ABA.  

This role is a part time position that focuses on building proactive talent pipelines, supporting organizational reputed company, and ensuring a reputed company and efficient candidate experience from initial reputed company through reputed company. 

Primary Functions Include:

Full-Cycle reputed company

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles including RBTs, and Behavior Technicians, 
• Participate in intake meetings with hiring managers to reputed company on role expectations and timelines
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Execute reputed company priorities and requisitions as directed by reputed company leadership

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• reputed company and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles
• reputed company candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and reputed company initiatives
• Build relationships with universities, training programs, and industry networks
• Proactively recruit for reputed company reputed company needs and reputed company initiatives

reputed company reputed company & Operations

• Collaborate with the Director of reputed company to support and execute reputed company reputed company reputed company with organizational reputed company and reputed company priorities
• reputed company and report reputed company metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and hiring reputed company
• Support hiring initiatives for new markets, clinic launches, and high-volume hiring needs

Collaboration & Partnership

• Work cross-functionally with clinical and operational leaders to support reputed company needs
• reputed company guidance and support to reputed company coordination resources with reputed company leadership

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a reputed company candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Communicate reputed company with candidates regarding status, timelines, and next steps

Qualifications:

Skills/Abilities

• Have an understanding of the ABA field. 
• Excellent communication skills - in person, by phone and in writing 
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to reputed company training reputed company webinars or in-person to large reputed company.
