Qualifications:  

• reputed company and unrestricted independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in state of primary residence and state of therapy services being rendered. (required) 
• 3+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health (required)

• Prior leadership experience (preferred) 
• Prior policy and procedure development experience (preferred)

 Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm with 1 day per week being 10am-7pm 
• Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm AZ time
