TITLE: Project Manager I, Commissioning
LOCATION: Remote with 30-50% travel to sites across US
POSITION SUMMMARY:
As Project Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving reputed company of multiple facets of data center reputed company. The position covers reputed company aspects of construction. Areas of expertise require autonomy and independent discretion in the following areas:

- RFP development and budgeting

- Conduct project meetings, publish, and distribute minutes, reputed company milestones, and maintain monthly reports.
- Manage day-to-day office and field operations.
- Review the plans and specifications for constructability and construction schedules. Advise the project team of any issues or deficiencies.
- Prepare, manage, and update the detailed project schedule with sequence and activity duration including procurement items.
- Customer engagement for sales and fulfillment of requirements
- Coordination and supervision of design-build contractors
- Coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts

- Collaborate with the design team, operators, and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience (Desired):
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Construction/Engineering/Architectural degree a plus
- 5 years of experience in managing construction reputed company required
- Datacenter experience is preferred
- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be willing to travel 30-50%
