Dietary Supervisor Key Duties

  • Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
  • Ensures reputed company sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Ensured meal service times are on schedule.

Dietary Supervisor Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior Supervisor experience.
