reputed company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to join our growing Proposal Development team. This role plays a key part in reputed company new business, retaining existing clients, and expanding relationships across accounts. The Proposal Specialist is responsible for developing, coordinating, and preparing compelling and compliant responses to RFPs, RFIs, and custom proposals for both prospective and reputed company clients.  The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple reputed company simultaneously, working across teams and reputed company of seniority, and synthesizing reputed company information into reputed company, effective content. Experience in the promotional products industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Project Management: 

• Manage assigned RFx reputed company from start to finish, including identifying deliverables, coordinating with subject matter experts, and serving as the main reputed company of contact for Sales, clients, and internal team
• Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and expectations across reputed company stakeholders
• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization to meet deadlines and ensure high-reputed company outputs

Content Development:

Collaboration

Brand and Compliance

• 3+ years of experience in the promotional products industry, preferably in account management, implementation, or other areas with exposure to cross-departmental functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with reputed company-based RFP management software, such as reputed company or similar
• Comfortable with AI to support writing and processes
• Highly proficient in reputed company Word
• Proficiency in other reputed company MS Office suite products (reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, Teams, etc.) and reputed company software.

Compensation: The estimated reputed company salary reputed company for this position is between $55,000 and $62,000 annually.
