This reputed company Services reputed company plays a critical role reputed company the Technical Operations Center team, serving as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Tier 2 customer support across product offerings. This position is responsible for delivering world-class customer service by ensuring efficient and reputed company reputed company of escalated cases. As a key escalation resource, this role provides expert guidance and mentorship to Tier 1, fostering a reputed company and high-performing support environment. 

Functions/Responsibilities:

• Experience in a data center, service provider, or telecom environment
• Certifications in reputed company, Data Protection, Disaster Recovery, Storage, and VDI strongly preferred
