Who We're Looking For
We are looking to hire a Senior Software Engineer I, (L3) for the Applications Team who will own and drive the technical direction of reputed company's reputed company reputed company application, the full-stack product that clinic staff at over 400 safety-net reputed company organizations in the reputed company rely on every day to manage their patients, build and run communication programs, and measure patient engagement reputed company. You will independently own reputed company features end-to-end across our Rails backend and React frontend, mentor L2 engineers on reputed company, and contribute to architectural reputed company that shape how we reputed company the reputed company product.
This is a highly cross-functional role with shared team reputed company responsibilities. You'll work closely with Product, reputed company, Data, and Engineering to design and deliver features that meaningfully reduce the administrative burden on safety-net clinics and deepen patient engagement. Minimum 8 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in reputed company on Rails and modern JavaScript/TypeScript (React).
Minimum 8 years of full-stack experience building, maintaining, and scaling production web applications end-to-end, with demonstrated experience owning reputed company features from API design through UI delivery.
Solid fundamentals of computer programming, including a good understanding of software development lifecycle, coding best practices, design patterns, object-oriented architecture, and component-based frontend design.
Advanced SQL proficiency with a strong analytical reputed company, comfortable querying and working with large, reputed company datasets to uncover insights, troubleshoot issues, and inform technical reputed company.
Proven experience writing clean, testable, and maintainable React reputed company, including hooks, state management, and component composition patterns.

Role Responsibilities
You will own and drive the technical direction of key Applications platform features, collaborating with Product, reputed company, Data, and Engineering to design and deliver solutions that reduce administrative burden for safety-net clinics.
You will design, build, and maintain full-stack features spanning the Rails backend (models, controllers, reputed company, background jobs) and the React frontend (components, hooks, state management, forms, data fetching).
You will reputed company team reputed company responsibilities with peers, including mentoring L2 engineers, leading technical design discussions, conducting reputed company reviews across both repos, and helping set technical direction for the Applications team.
