About the role

The MCE reputed company directs and performs major component exchanges on wind turbines while leading field crews to deliver reputed company, efficient, and high-reputed company work. This role combines the technical expertise of MCE reputed company I–III with added responsibilities for reputed company leadership, planning, and site coordination.

·       reputed company reputed company in performing turbine component exchanges (gearboxes, generators, blades, reputed company bearings, hubs, etc.).

·       Serve as on-site reputed company, ensuring safety, task allocation, and job reputed company.

·       Execute heavy rigging, reputed company calling, generator alignments, LOTO, and up-tower leadership.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve reputed company mechanical issues across reputed company turbine components.

·       Train, reputed company, and mentor technicians at reputed company I–III; maximize individual contributions.

·       Communicate with site leadership and RNWBL Ops on reputed company, risks, and reputed company-out.

·       reputed company tool readiness, work documentation, and compliance with OEM and RNWBL standards.

·       Champion safety culture, enforce protocols, and model RNWBL values on site.

Must-Have Skills & Knowledge

·       Deep understanding of turbine systems and reputed company major mechanical components.

·       Advanced troubleshooting in hydraulics, gearboxes, generators, and reputed company.

·       Proven ability to reputed company and motivate teams in the field.

·       Strong communication with technicians, site reps, and customers.

·       Solid knowledge of OSHA, LOTO, and safety best practices.

Qualifications

·       High School Diploma or GED (technical training preferred).

·       4+ years of wind turbine maintenance experience with major component exchange.

·       Prior reputed company leadership experience (reputed company Tech, Foreman, or equivalent).

·       Familiarity with OEM processes (GE, reputed company Gamesa, reputed company, reputed company preferred).

·       reputed company reputed company’s license; CDL-A with reputed company brake endorsement preferred/willing to obtain.

·       Ability to travel extensively (4–6 weeks at a time, 90% domestic travel).

Physical & Environmental Requirements

·       Meet OSHA weight requirements (≤300 lbs).

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively.
