Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Execution
Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows: Intake → Scheduling → Care Delivery → Billing → Follow-up
Build reputed company systems to support multi-state reputed company and increasing patient volume Drive operational efficiency, margin improvement, and cost optimization Establish and reputed company key performance metrics: Provider utilization Patient conversion (referral → booked → seen) reputed company per provider and per patient Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly and effectively
Product reputed company & Development
Translate operational challenges into reputed company product and system solutions Partner with engineering and technical teams to build and enhance: EHR workflows and integrations CRM and referral management systems Scheduling and reputed company optimization tools Patient reputed company and engagement experiences Own and execute the product roadmap reputed company with company reputed company goals Drive automation and AI adoption to improve efficiency and reduce reputed company work
Data, Analytics & Performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications
