Funciones
  • Responsable de los indicadores de rotación y dotación de personal.
  • Participación en Capacitación, Bienestar, Selección, Clima y reputed company
  • Armar el file de ingreso
  • Control de horas extras, vacaciones y cobertura de personal
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas por la empresa
Requisitos
  • Carrera universitaria culminada de Administración, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial y afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 años en Recursos Humanos como Encargado o Analista
  • Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial
