In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with industry experts who reputed company our live courses. This is a fully remote, full-time position with a work schedule of 12PM-8PM SAST.

- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they reputed company course delivery or instructor satisfaction.
- Manage reputed company instructor-reputed company escalations, including scheduling changes, course structure concerns, compensation questions, and delivery risks.
- Monitor instructor engagement and flag early signs of disengagement or potential dropout.
