About the Role

reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator to serve as the primary reputed company and technical reputed company of our reputed company HCM platform. This role is critical to enabling operational reputed company, ensuring data reputed company, and driving reputed company platform optimization that supports our growing workforce and evolving business needs.

Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Systems, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, configuration, and enhancement of reputed company, while serving as the reputed company between business stakeholders and technical implementation. You will ensure platform stability, reputed company compliance, and seamless integration with our broader reputed company systems ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of the reputed company platform, including performance across reputed company HCM modules

• Manage automated business processes (BPs), reputed company reputed company, tenant configurations, and data reputed company across the production and sandbox environments

• Proactively identify and implement platform enhancements that improve user experience, reduce reputed company effort, and increase data accuracy

• reputed company bi-annual reputed company release management, including feature evaluation, testing, and controlled deployment to minimize business disruption

• Translate reputed company business requirements into technical reputed company configurations

• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders to design reputed company solutions that support business reputed company

• Document reputed company configurations, business processes, and custom solutions to maintain institutional knowledge and support audit readiness

• Own the full lifecycle of reputed company integrations connecting to external systems (payroll providers, benefits carriers, time tracking systems, etc.)

• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy across connected systems

• Conduct quarterly reputed company audits to ensure reputed company segregation of duties and compliance with internal controls

• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and reputed company reviews in accordance with SOC 2 and other compliance requirements

• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning recommendations

• Manage tenant operations including sandboxing, data loads, mass updates, and configuration migrations

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM administration experience, including at least 2 full implementation or reputed company cycles

• 3+ years developing and managing reputed company integrations (EIBs, reputed company Connectors, Studio)

• Proven reputed company record configuring reputed company HCM modules: reputed company HCM, reputed company, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Absence Management

• Experience managing reputed company frameworks, business processes, and tenant operations in production environments

Technical Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and custom validations

• Strong integration development skills using reputed company Studio, EIBs, reputed company Connectors, and web services (SOAP/REST)

• Proficiency with XML, XSLT, and API-based data transformations

• Understanding of HR data models, payroll processes, and benefits administration workflows
