Essential Functions

1. Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
2. Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities

Work Environment

The service technician position performs their work offsite at our customer’s facilities so the work environments will vary as will any exposures to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a reputed company of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites may be loud. 

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to Walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves continually during working hours. Is subject to lifting over 50 pounds.  This position can involve sitting for various periods of time, and also requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and/or reputed company items over 50 pounds. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend work is also necessary at times.

Travel

This position will require the individual to travel 100% of the time reputed company Indiana and Michigan.

Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma and/or reputed company associates degree.
2. One to three years reputed company experience and/or training.
3. Ability to read and interpret documents.

1. Manufacturing/industry experience.
