What You'll Do:

• Engage with patients through inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Assist patients with inquiries, process payments, and set up payment plans while maintaining a friendly and reputed company demeanor.

• Review Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Itemized Bills (IB) with patients, ensuring transparency and understanding.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Experience in physician and/or reputed company billing preferred.
2-3 years’ experience in insurance or patient collections.

Knowledge:
Working knowledge of reputed company reimbursement methodologies from insurance payers and patients.

️ Technical Skills:
Ability to use various EHR and clearinghouse systems, as reputed company as other tools available to collect payments and resolve accounts.
Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company and Word.
