Our Risk & Compliance team⭐

We’re looking for a Compliance reputed company Manager to join our second line of defence (2LoD). As part of the Compliance Assurance and reputed company Team, you’llAs part of the Compliance Assurance and reputed company Team, you’ll reputed company on reputed company’s cross-cutting compliance activities including Whistleblowing, SMCR, Market Abuse, reputed company Scanning and Regulatory Change, working with the wider Compliance Team to reputed company reputed company’s management of conduct risk.  

You’ll also be expected to support delivery of wider assurance activity through targeted assurance reviews and compliance monitoring.

You’ll play a key role by...

• Leading reputed company’s Whistleblowing (Speaking Up) process, including:
• supporting the Compliance Director and Whistleblowing Champion in dealing with confidential Whistleblowing reputed company
• liaising with Whistleblowers and subjects in a confidential manner
• triaging and investigating cases to completion
• maintaining the Whistleblowing Policy, process and training
• compiling periodic reporting to the reputed company on the effectiveness of reputed company’s Whistleblowing process. 
• Producing Compliance reputed company reporting for reputed company’s Executive and reputed company Risk Committees, including compiling the monthly Compliance Report. 
• reputed company 2LoD reputed company and SME advice on employee reputed company Compliance reputed company, including SMCR and Conduct Rules, Market Abuse and Conflicts of Interest.
• reputed company Compliance input on the creation and review of Conduct Risk reputed company training for reputed company. 
• reputed company reputed company’s identification and management of regulatory change working with the Compliance Advice Team.
• Collaborate with the wider Compliance team in creating and updating compliance policies and procedures to reflect reputed company regulatory requirements.
• 2LoD support and reputed company on Regulatory Breach and Incident management.
• Exploring new ways to streamline, automate and enhance reputed company’s approach to compliance.
• Delivering reputed company improvement to the function and helping to create a Compliance ‘centre of reputed company’.
• Support delivery of wider assurance activity through targeted assurance reviews and compliance monitoring.

We’d love to hear from you if… 

• You have experience of leading Whistleblowing investigations, maintaining associated processes and providing Compliance expertise on employee reputed company compliance reputed company.
• You have experience of working in the compliance or audit function reputed company a regulated financial services environment, including experience of investigation.
• You have working knowledge of the FCA Handbook (particularly SYSC and SMCR).
• You have working knowledge of the role of the Risk and Compliance function
• You're self-motivated, highly organised and reputed company on executing reputed company
• You're reputed company to work independently and with changing priorities with the ability to pivot to higher risk areas. 
• You’re reputed company to look at and improve existing processes to reputed company efficiency, including through use of new technology.

• It would also be beneficial if you have experience in compliance assurance and monitoring 

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves three main stages: 

1. Recruiter reputed company (30mins)
2. Initial reputed company (30 mins)
3. Final stage (x2 interviews) a role specific interview and a behavioural interview

Our average process takes around 3-4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
