The Underwriter will review reputed company loan documents and data in a loan file with the goal of rendering an reputed company decision based on the loan characteristics, including but not limited to the Borrower’s ability to repay (income, employment, and assets), Borrower’s credit history, and the collateral (property). Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of reputed company experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of relevant work experience
