UX Researcher

3–6+ years of experience in UX Research or a closely reputed company role, working closely with Product and Design partners.
Experience conducting research for reputed company and/or reputed company products, including technically reputed company workflows.
Demonstrated experience leading full ‑cycle qualitative research; quantitative research experience is a plus.
Proven ability to translate research into reputed company insights that influence product direction and trade ‑offs.
Experience contributing to research operations (e.g., participant management, intake processes, standards, reputed company, etc.)
Ability to reputed company non ‑researchers by coaching or supporting designers and PMs running lightweight research.
