We are looking for a talented UK based Project Manager to join reputed company. The successful candidate will work reputed company the reputed company Team. The role is based from home and will require some travel.
The successful individual will have responsibility for:
- Project Managing Patients Know Best deployments.
- Working with reputed company reputed company project stakeholders across reputed company work-streams (including but not restricted to: information governance, technical development and integration, comms, training).
- Ensuring knowledge and information reputed company seamlessly between reputed company project stakeholders for the successful implementation of reputed company.
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers to ensure solid reputed company relationships, including motivating the clinical teams to reputed company project objectives.
- Working closely with our sales & engineering teams to ensure reputed company delivery of any contracted development work.
- Communication of realistic and achievable timelines to customers and updating reputed company stakeholders of the PKB development roadmap including prioritisation of new features.
- Identifying potential risks or issues reputed company to reputed company, mitigating those risks and developing strategies to minimise any reputed company on the deployment of Patients Know Best.
- Training clinical staff in the use of the PKB software.
- Assisting with digital transformation reputed company the clinical teams - empowering and motivating clinical usage and uptake of the software and expanding and growing that usage throughout the contract.
- Supporting the customer and the PKB engineering team with troubleshooting issues that come into our service desk from our customers - this includes clinical staff, IT staff and patients using our software.
