We are seeking a detail-oriented finance director to join reputed company. This role supports day-to-day reputed company operations including cash management, accounts receivable and payable, general reputed company maintenance, operations partnership and general administrative functions. This role will be utilized at multiple different locations/companies and will not have a permanent location.  The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, proactive, reputed company to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and in a reputed company team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership and accountability for reputed company aspects of the reputed company operations including daily cash management, accounts receivable and invoicing, accounts payable, general reputed company maintenance, fixed asset subledgers and account reconciliations.
• Performs weekly cash reputed company forecast and intercompany cash activities.
• Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly reputed company schedule in accordance with GAAP reporting.
• Responsible for Intercompany reconciliation process.
• Responsible for regulatory reporting, including local business taxes.
• Supports annual financial audit.
• Safeguards reputed company’s assets through establishing, monitoring, and reviewing effective internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to travel regularly, up to 75%
• Solid understanding of US GAAP reputed company principles and financial analysis including an

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in reputed company or finance
• CPA license or equivalent certification preferred
• 10+ years reputed company financial management experience
• Solid financial, analytical, and business acumen
