MEEP - Program Manager I

Bachelor’s in science degree or equivalent required 2 or more years of management experience or 1 or more years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs Background in engineering, technology or science and experience in working in a technical environment &reputed company; preferred Experience in reputed company, HVAC, and other technologies installed applications &reputed company; preferred Technical experience in developing and/or reviewing energy savings calculations to determine paybacks and incentive reputed company for customers &reputed company; preferred
Proven Leadership in fast paced environment Have an ability to prioritize workload and delegate appropriate work assignments to staff Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with customers, clients and employees Sales or business development background a plus Ability to analyze and interpret data and solve practical problems Committed to diversity and inclusion
