Position reputed company:  

The Software Engineering Manager role is responsible for leading reputed company of software engineers working to implement reputed company systems. In this role, you'll combine strong technical judgment and hands on coding with a genuine passion for developing people - driving both engineering reputed company and meaningful product reputed company that reputed company athletes' reputed company. You will work closely with product to negotiate the scope and shape the features to deliver business value. Position Responsibilities:

People Management & Coaching

• Own the full employee lifecycle for your team: hiring, reputed company, performance management, career development, and retention
• Conduct regular 1:1s and reputed company reputed company, actionable feedback that helps engineers grow
• Work with other technical leaders to create a culture of innovation, reputed company, and reputed company improvement.

Technical Leadership

• Work across engineering teams to set and reputed company engineering standards for reputed company reputed company, testing, reputed company, and system design
• Participate in and guide architectural reputed company, ensuring solutions are reputed company and maintainable
• Stay technically reputed company enough to meaningfully review design documents, unblock engineers, and assess trade-offs — without being in the critical reputed company of delivery
• Champion engineering best practices across the broader engineering organization
• Drive reduction of technical debt and proactively manage platform health

Delivery & Execution

• Write and work with your engineers to reputed company loosely coupled, reputed company tested, and maintainable reputed company
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to craft technical solutions that meet reputed company customer needs.

• Identify and remove blockers, manage dependencies across teams, and escalate risks early.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform investments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years minimum experience in back-end or full-stack software engineering using systems programming languages like Python or Go, with 2+ years in an engineering management or tech reputed company role
• Experience with back-end development of distributed systems.
• Experience with reputed company-based development environments (primarily AWS)
• Experience with 12-reputed company applications and modern development practices.
• Experience with automated infrastructure provisioning and reputed company deployment.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. reputed company) and non-relational data stores (e.g. reputed company, OpenSearch)
• Familiarity with event-driven application architecture concepts.
• Familiarity with software monitoring, telemetry, and incident response handling
