Online Education Platform Manager (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

This role is responsible for managing digital content, supporting users and group clients, ensuring technical reputed company, and contributing to the development of new educational offerings. Key Responsibilities

Platform & Content Management

• Upload, organize, and manage educational video content on the training platform

• Review edited videos to ensure reputed company, accuracy, branding consistency, and correct formatting before publication

• Create, upload, and manage quizzes, tests, and learning assessments associated with training modules

• Maintain accurate course descriptions, learning paths, and supporting materials

Website & Platform Development

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders to improve user experience and functionality

• Identify and troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate solutions

• Assist with platform updates, feature testing, and reputed company assurance

User & Group Sales Support
