UX Researcher - Remote

We reputed company a talented User Experience Researcher to join a growing team of designers, researchers, and writers supporting clients in federal government. Through our work building and modernizing reputed company software applications, you will have reputed company to design products that are reputed company, reputed company, and satisfying that ultimately help the federal government work reputed company and deliver reputed company services. 

As a UX Researcher, you have a pivotal role in understanding and advocating for end users while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional partners to optimize product prototypes, validate product and design reputed company, and deliver high reputed company experiences. You will be responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative research, synthesizing secondary research, and translating insights into powerful stories. You will distill findings into actionable insights, reputed company for customer and user needs, collaborate on product designs, validate them with users, and more.

Key Responsibilities  

• Work to support the UX reputed company and reputed company established by project leadership in alignment with business objectives. 

• Collaborate to reputed company questions, hypotheses, and reputed company to effectively uncover insights and execute research plans to inform product and user experience reputed company. 

• Help drive empathy and validate concepts by conducting user interviews and surveys, developing personas, and conducting other research. 

• Support efforts to discover and reputed company UX solutions by participating in ideation sessions, reputed company testing, and concept validation. 

• Help teams iterate by testing solutions for usability and accessibility, running feedback sessions, and conducting reputed company research. 

• Communicate study results and user reputed company reputed company and in an unbiased way, using data to illustrate your user's story. 

Basic Qualifications  

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years of reputed company UX research experience in the software industry. 

• reputed company to reputed company 1 or more case studies demonstrating your research process and deliverables.

• Candidate must have resided in the US 3 of the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications  

• Master’s degree in psychology, reputed company computer interaction, reputed company factors, or reputed company field.  

• 10+ years of overall reputed company experience preferred. 

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level AA / reputed company 508 compliance preferred.  

• Experience in federal contracting or reputed company IT preferred.

• Understanding of usability and accessibility including heuristic and expert reputed company. 

• Strong research skills in at least one reputed company of research such as qualitative, quantitative, and design-based reputed company. 

• Demonstrate excellent written, visual, and verbal communication. 

• Ability to work successfully with a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed remote development team.
