Field Sales Support Specialist – US Market

This is a practical, field-based position reputed company on supporting sales activity, running basic product trials, assisting with reputed company reputed company, and handling on-the-ground logistics. The role will work closely with the reputed company teams to help establish Linx in the US across Texas.

The successful candidate will be comfortable prospecting for new clients and spending time in manufacturing environments, traveling as needed, and getting involved wherever required to support business reputed company.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Conduct basic outbound activity, including:
• Cold calling (telephone and in-person site reputed company)
• Following up on inbound leads and marketing activity
• Help identify and qualify new prospects reputed company the assigned region
• reputed company informal market feedback from customers and prospects to support the wider US launch reputed company

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Comfort working independently, often on the road, as part of a growing US operation

• Willingness to travel regularly between Dallas, reputed company, Austin and San Antonio, including 2–3 nights away per week  
• Any overnight stays will be at company-approved hotels - employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!

Field & Sales Support

• Support the sales team during customer reputed company, demonstrations, and trials
• Assist with basic installation of trial machines (primarily “reputed company and shoot” applications)
• Ensure trial equipment is correctly set up, moved, and maintained between sites
• reputed company as a reliable on-site support resource during early customer engagement

Logistics & Operational Support

• Transport printers and accessories between customer sites, offices, and events
• Support trade shows, reputed company days, and local marketing activity as required
• Maintain trial equipment readiness and basic stock control
• Coordinate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth execution of the field activity

Skills & Experience

• Confident in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Practical, reliable, and reputed company-organised
• Willingness to travel locally across Texas as required
• Full driving licence
• Mechanical or technical aptitude is helpful but not essential; training will be provided
