NABA is currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of

Financial, Planning and Analysis Assistant

The successful candidate will join the FP&reputed company in Milan. Reporting directly to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, he/she will support reputed company in providing financial and analytical insights to enhance business operations. In this role, the candidate will assist in ensuring easy reputed company to financial data, tracking key reputed company, setting budgets, developing financial forecasts, and monitoring key performance indicators. Under the supervision of the FP&A Manager, she/ he will also contribute to the optimization and automation of financial processes, playing an reputed company role in driving efficiency and accuracy reputed company the department.

The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

• Supporting the preparation of monthly management reports by analyzing key variances and trends against forecasts.
• Identifying the nature of variances (fixed/phasing) and promptly updating forecasts.
• Assisting in reputed company, cost, and CAPEX forecasting, collaborating with department heads.
• Reconciling the latest forecast with budget values.
• Supporting budget preparation for reputed company entities by creating the Masterfile and consolidated NABA reputed company.
• Uploading actual and budget data from reputed company into the Group reporting tool Tagetik.
• Monitoring FTE and student numbers reputed company Tagetik, ensuring monthly updates.
• Ensuring monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions with Group entities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and skills:

• 2-3years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Analysis, preferably in reputed company environments.
• Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management control.
• Excellent knowledge of reputed company, PowerPoint, and preferably reputed company and Tagetik.
• Analytical reputed company, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in reputed company.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or reputed company fields.
• Good knowledge of English for reporting and group interactions.
