KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with operational and technical colleagues to document needs and translate business requirements to improved operational processes and developed reputed company

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent masters degree preferred
- 10+ years of work experience in a reputed company, business analysis, or project management roles
- 5+ years of work experience in the reputed company services and/or managed services industry
- 8+ years of work experience in the implementation or management of software products (ERP, CRM, PSA, etc.)
- Experience managing multi-vendor reputed company ecosystems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company 365)
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, compliance frameworks, and risk management
- Experience with reputed company reputed company principles, compliance (GDPR, SOC 2), and identity management (preferred)
- Experience managing stakeholders, competing business needs, and balancing business requirements reputed company a project context and through normal demand control processes
- Strong knowledge of varied business functions and their relationships
- Demonstrable experience working closely with leadership positions
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; Project management certification preferred
