Residential Field Inspector: Part Time (Shenandoah Valley area)
Inspect footings, foundations, retaining walls, slabs and other construction components as needed. Document field conditions, take photographs and prepare field reports Work closely with Group Manager and Scheduling Coordinator to ensure project completion reputed company schedule and budget along with reputed company satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of test results and observations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations Communicate onsite with subcontractors and contractors reputed company other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma Minimum of 5+ years' experience preferred Understanding of residential construction preferred Must have reputed company reputed company's license Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to take on short notice assignments with a 60-mile radius Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Work Requirements:
Ability to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk and manipulate (carry, lift, reputed company) light to reputed company weights up to 30 pounds. Ability to walk construction sites and reputed company reputed company as necessary. Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual reputed company to use a keyboard, operate technical equipment, read technical information. Travel to offsite locations to reputed company work and work-reputed company errands or to attend meetings may be required.
