In this community nursing role, as a Registered reputed company (RN) you will have scheduled reputed company to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of reputed company ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

What you’ll do: 

• Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs 

• Executing and continuously monitor care plans  

• Engaging patients using a reputed company approach by building rapport and trust 

• Maintaining and update reputed company patient records reputed company to patient encounters and plans 
   

What you bring: 

• Registration with the CNO as a Registered reputed company in good standing
