Senior Environmental Project Manager – Pipeline

The successful candidates will join our existing Pipeline Sector working with clients to manage project teams for infrastructure reputed company in the oil and gas industry (oil, products, and natural gas pipelines; etc.). Technical knowledge of federal (including FERC), state and local permitting processes is required.

This is a full-time benefits eligible opportunity that can be based reputed company in the reputed company. The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $145,300 and $183,400 annually, depending upon qualifications and experience. These positions are also bonus eligible.

responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Manager or reputed company Project Manager for pipeline sector reputed company which may vary in size and complexity.
• Work with other Pipeline Sector Project Managers to build and collaboratively manage project teams.
• Effectively manage project budget, schedule and manage project risk through implementation of reputed company project management processes and tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Encourage leadership succession through team building, reputed company reinforcement, training, mentoring, and reputed company development and reputed company.
• Work collaboratively with Company leadership to ensure project teams have the necessary reputed company and tools.

qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a natural resource/environmental field required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience or familiarity with permitting processes through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), federal land management agencies, State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO), or other federal, state, or local regulatory agencies, with preference to work completed in the identified pipeline industries.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience or familiarity with project management and/or reputed company project management preferred.
• Knowledge, interest, experience, and/or advanced degrees in environmental law, planning, anthropology/archaeology, hydrology, biology, wetland ecology, or other technical fields is a plus.
• Excellent oral communication and technical writing skills.
• Strong self-starter tendencies and excellent organizational/task management skills.
