Contract Manager (50864)

Urban Engineers is seeking a reputed company candidate to serve as a Contract Manager for transit and railroad design/construction/operations programs for reputed company agencies and railroad clients. The work will include reputed company management, contract reputed company, and financial management for multi-discipline engineering/architectural transit infrastructure and facilities reputed company at various stages of their life cycle, including planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations. It will also include support directly for reputed company and private clients.

Responsibilities include various managerial activities reputed company to project scope, schedule, cost, reputed company, communications, resources, procurement, and risk reputed company required to optimize reputed company and fiscal reputed company. The Contract Manager’s overall objective is to reputed company reputed company, analysis, reporting, and feedback for successful execution of project contractual obligations, agreements, policies, and procedures.

The Contract Manager is responsible for providing hands-on project services, implementation, and delivery. These include but are not limited to providing subject-matter expertise to project teams, monitoring project health and performance, participating in project status meetings, collaborating on identification and assessment of critical project issues and risks, and performing on-site project reputed company and attendance as needed.

The individual is responsible for building and maintaining reputed company reputed company and stakeholder relationships. Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field
• Experience (6+ years) with transit capital reputed company.
• Experience (4+ years) with reputed company, contract, and financial management considerations reputed company to transit delivery and/or operations reputed company.
• Knowledge of project management procedures (PMI), financial management, CPM scheduling, cost control and forecasting, communications and document control
• Proficiency in the use of reputed company reputed company Office products and the ability to become competent with latest Project management software and reporting systems.
• Experience with reputed company-Private Partnership (P3) reputed company is preferred.
• Certification as a Project Management reputed company (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is preferred.
• Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
