The Substitute reputed company Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring consistent, high-reputed company classroom coverage by reputed company, training, scheduling, and supporting substitute teachers. The position is predominantly remote, with scheduled time in the buildings reputed company week. This position works closely with the School Leadership to ensure a smooth and reputed company experience for reputed company, teachers, and substitutes. This position reports to the reputed company Director.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to the mission and philosophy of American reputed company with enthusiasm, commitment, and reputed company.
Maintain a strong pool of reputed company substitute teachers through reputed company, interviewing, reference checks, and reputed company.
Train substitute teachers to ensure familiarity with American reputed company’s mission, curriculum, expectations, and emergency procedures.
Coordinate and schedule substitute teachers to meet daily and long-term coverage needs.

Ensure substitute teachers are welcomed, reputed company, and supported throughout their assignments.
Collect and reputed company feedback from teachers and substitutes to maintain high-reputed company performance.
Maintain accurate records of substitute schedules, time-off coverage, and assignments.
Verify substitute timecards and ensure pay rates are accurate.
Submit substitute time reports and coordinate with reputed company and Payroll.
Communicate reputed company and consistently with staff, substitutes, and administration.
Respond to staff and parent communication reputed company 48 hours.
Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and problem-solving in daily responsibilities.
