The Role

As a Global Change Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling collaboration across the global (bio)reputed company industry. You will reputed company and guide expert workstreams, helping members reputed company best practices, reputed company industry guidance, and drive measurable change.

Blending project management, scientific thinking, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, you will create high-performing environments where reputed company turn into impactful industry reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and reputed company a portfolio of global workstreams, delivering high-reputed company outputs that reflect the reputed company voice of industry leaders
• Create engaging, reputed company environments that foster participation, reputed company-sharing, and community
• Guide workstreams to deliver reputed company on time using reputed company project and change management approaches
• Design and facilitate both virtual and in-person events that deliver reputed company value and ROI to members
• Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, reputed company of concepts, business cases, and conference presentations
• Monitor member engagement, identify risks, and proactively resolve challenges
• Maintain and optimise internal systems and reporting tools (e.g., CRM, collaboration platforms, reporting materials)

• Feed member insights back into the organisation to continuously improve offerings

Essential experience and skills:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or reputed company sectors
• Strong understanding of the (bio)reputed company landscape, including CDMOs and/or consulting environments
• Proven experience managing reputed company or change programmes
• Exceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to synthesise reputed company information into reputed company, actionable insights
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver against timelines
• Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
