Healix Infusion Therapy, LLC. is seeking for a full-time Senior Graphic Design Specialist to join our marketing team!

The Senior Graphic Design Specialist is a key creative leader within the Healix Marketing team, responsible for elevating brand presence across print, digital, social, video, and web channels. This role supports multiple Healix brands and business lines, partnering closely with marketing, clinical, and executive stakeholders to produce compelling, on-brand content that drives patient engagement, referral source awareness, and internal communications. The Sr. Specialist brings both creative vision and technical execution skills, and is 
comfortable moving fluidly between traditional print design and modern digital deliverables.

 

I. Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Print & Collateral Design
• Design and produce print marketing materials across Healix brands and clients, including brochures, advertisements, posters, invitations, event displays, signage, and direct mail campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end production for all print collateral — on time and on budget — coordinating with print vendors and promotional suppliers.
• Design and revise internal forms, templates, and tools to ensure brand consistency and clarity across departments.
• Design and produce clinical posters, transforming complex research into clear, engaging, and visually appealing layouts for conferences, patient education, and clinical settings.
• Create data visualizations, including charts, graphs, and infographics, to effectively communicate key insights.
• Support executive presentations, including slide decks and visual materials.Digital & Social Media Design
• Create digital graphics for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, tailored to each platform's specifications and audience.
• Develop social media content calendars and visual templates that maintain brand consistency and support campaigns across multiple Healix brands.
• Design digital display ads, email marketing templates, and e-blast graphics using platforms such as Constant Contact or HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop graphics that support paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media visual performance metrics and adjust design approach based on engagement data.
 

Website & Web-Based Content
• Execute routine website content updates including imagery, banners, landing pages, and graphic elements using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress or similar).
• Design web-optimized graphics and assets that meet accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and load performance requirements.
• Collaborate with digital/IT teams or external web agencies on larger site redesigns or new brand microsites.
• Create and update infographics, web illustrations, and visual storytelling assets that simplify complex clinical or service information for patients and referral sources.Video & Motion Graphics
• Produce short-form video content for social media, digital advertising, and internal communications, including editing, captioning, and formatting for multiple platforms.
• Develop motion graphics and animated assets using tools such as Adobe After Effects or Canva for use in digital and social campaigns.
• Support video production projects by creating title cards, lower thirds, branded intros/outros, and supporting graphics.
• Edit and repurpose longer video content (e.g., webinars, events) into short-form social clips and reels. Brand Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as a steward of brand integrity across all Healix brands, ensuring consistent application of visual identity guidelines across all channels.
• Maintain and organize a digital asset library including logos, photography, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications, Marketing, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams to support campaigns, product launches, and referral development materials.
• Provide art direction feedback and quality review on materials produced by external agencies or freelancers.
• Research and source appropriate photography, illustration, and stock assets that align with brand standards.
• Deliver status updates and manage multiple concurrent projects using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

• Maintains meticulous attention to detail across all print and digital outputs to ensure brand accuracy.
• Adapts readily to evolving project requirements, new tools, and changing business priorities.
• Upholds HIPAA compliance in all work involving patient-related content or protected health information.
• Contributes ideas for process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and creative innovation.
