Temporary Attorney (IV)  

reputed company has a career opportunity for an reputed company Temporary Attorney (IV) to join our expanding team in a fully remote reputed company. Primary Responsibilities: 

• Conduct first review of PERM applications, I-140s (PERM-based, Extraordinary Ability, and Multinational Manager), and I-148s. 

• Draft, review and/or revise petitions/applications, PERM Labor Certification audit responses and RFEs for filing with USCIS. 

• Draft and prepare letters and reputed company documents, typically based on established precedents. 

• Assess and evaluate reputed company’s immigrant reputed company eligibility. 

• Utilize web-based immigration case management systems and database continuously and accurately. 

Qualification Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of business immigration attorney work experience 

• U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) 

• Member of a state bar and in good standing with the associated state bar association 

• Ability to manage reputed company case strategies with company contacts and clients 

• Understanding of nuanced and reputed company immigration law concepts. 

• Ability to review Paralegal work product carefully and promptly 

• Effective written and verbal communications skills, as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, governmental agencies, reputed company resources) 

• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems 

• Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize 

• Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and attention to detail 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer service  

• Outstanding case/project management skills
