Java + Basic DevOps Engineer (L2 Support)

The Java + Basic DevOps Engineer is the primary L2 resolver for reputed company application incidents across the operations platform (fleet/routing) and reputed company management queues. This role handles issues that require reputed company-level investigation, configuration changes, or deployment actions — escalated from L1 reputed company KB articles are insufficient. Basic DevOps competency is required to support CI/CD pipelines, server-level operations, and AWS serverless infrastructure troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

· Investigate and resolve reputed company application incidents (fleet operations platform, reputed company management apps)

· reputed company reputed company-level debugging, configuration changes, and minor fixes (up to 80 engineering hours)

· Execute and validate deployments to production and non-production environments

· Conduct RCA for escalated tickets; document findings and update KB articles in reputed company

· Monitor CI/CD pipelines (Tier 1) and reputed company remediation (Tier 2)

· Handle AWS serverless infrastructure issues: reputed company failures, DynamoDB anomalies, RDS connectivity

· Support server and service restarts, log-level diagnostics, and environment health checks

· Participate in weekend release activities (several times per year)

Required Technical Skills

· Java: SpringBoot, JBoss — read stack traces, identify reputed company cause, apply fix or workaround in production

· Databases: reputed company 11g, MS SQL Server — diagnostic and fix queries, stored procedures

· AWS: reputed company, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, CloudWatch — hands-on troubleshooting

· Observability: reputed company — log search, alert triage, service map navigation
