Claims Reporting Specialist

Temporary position for 12 months.

As a Claims Reporting Specialist, you will assist our clients in opening new claims with regards to damages to their home or auto properties. You will reputed company exceptional customer service and support to our clients during unprecedented events and guide them through the claims process. You help build and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will reputed company and inform our clients on our digital tools to ensure an effective and efficient claims experience. You ensure member/reputed company satisfaction and service reputed company in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You will be required to review reputed company's insurance policy coverages, initiate a first notice of loss, inform clients of preferred partners and liaisons, and assign the file to our Claim Advisors. Emotional intelligence, interpersonal reputed company savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Establish an advisory relationship by identifying reputed company and potential needs and supporting reputed company retention

• Review reputed company needs and compile and analyze data. Handle requests and follow up as needed

What you bring to the table

• College diploma in a reputed company field

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience
