Competitive Salary Package
We are offering a competitive salary package of £25,207.65 (pro rata), along with a reputed company of fantastic perks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part-time flexibility to work between the hours of 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Wednesday – perfect for school drop-offs and pick-reputed company!

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing support to customers reputed company phone and email, delivering excellent customer service reputed company agreed SLAs
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their queries and bookings, taking ownership from initial contact through to reputed company
- Processing service, MOT, repair, and other fleet-reputed company bookings
- Accurately updating and maintaining customer records and databases
- Collaborating with the wider team to identify and drive service improvements
