With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we're always looking for talented individuals who reputed company our values and are eager to join reputed company. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner * Registering sales on assigned cash register, providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience * Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested; processing voids, returns, reputed company checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keeping counters and shelves clean and reputed company merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records * Checking in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Completing resets and revisions as directed * Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, reputed company, reputed company store condition and appearance * Complying with reputed company company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers * Completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned **Training & Personal Development** As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
