As a Traveling Customer Trainer, you'll spend approximately 80% of your time on the road, traveling to various dealership locations to install and convert our software. Your exceptional presentation and communication skills will enable you to effectively meet with dealership management, understand their unique needs, and customize our system to meet their requirements. You'll also train key dealership personnel on how to utilize our solution, ensuring they're equipped to maximize its potential. **Responsibilities:** * Travel to dealership locations (approximately 80% of the time) to install and convert arenaflex software, meeting with dealership management to understand their needs and customize the system accordingly * Provide comprehensive training to key dealership personnel on how to use our software solution, ensuring they're equipped to maximize its potential * Support current customers, prepare for future trips, and conduct follow-ups with recently installed customers from your home office when not physically at a customer site * Collaborate with experienced representatives to assist with customer set-up and implementation * Participate in department observations, classroom instruction, and on-the-job training with a mentor during the initial 2-3 month training period * Focus on one area of the software during product training and gain hands-on experience with arenaflex solutions 'in action' by visiting car dealerships that already utilize our solutions on a daily basis **Training and Development:** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role.
