**Role Overview**
The Customer Development Co-op Program is a six-month experience designed to help college students develop leadership, analytical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training & development, coaching, and mentorship. This role will enable the student to have real-life work application of concepts and theories learned in the classroom. As a Customer Development Co-op, you'll work within a dynamic team to identify and execute omni-channel business-building opportunities for key retailers across Food, Drug, Mass, Specialty, and Omni. You'll work cross-functionally with internal partners, including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and IT.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work within a dynamic team to identify and execute omni-channel business-building opportunities for key retailers across Food, Drug, Mass, Specialty, and Omni
* Work cross-functionally with internal partners, including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and IT
* Develop strong Retailer, Category, and Shopper analytical and insights skills by working with a variety of data sources, including Circana (IRI), Nielsen, POS, and Shopper/Panel
* Build technical expertise in data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power PBI, Nielsen Panel, Numerator, and Profitero
* Engage in on-going development with an intensive Onboarding Program, Monthly Lunch and Learns, Networking, and Mentorship Programs
* Analyze data to understand business drivers and trends, assist with the management of promotional display programs
* Report and evaluate monthly sales versus forecast activity, support the new item launch process, support Sales Operations tools
* Execute retail and consumer initiatives and additional projects that support our key business initiatives and omni-channel, digital-first strategy
**What We're Looking For**
* Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H1-B status)
* Current undergraduate student in pursuit of a bachelor's degree during the duration of the assignment
* Intended graduation date of 2027 or 2028
* Eligible to complete a 6-month co-op term in one of the following locations: Buffalo Grove, IL; Cincinnati, OH; Cumberland, RI; Rogers, AR; Minneapolis, MN, or Summit, NJ
* Availability to commit to the assignment from January 2026 to June 2026, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
* Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required; proficiency in advanced analytics platforms is preferred
**Desired Qualifications**
* Pursuing education in Marketing, Business-focus, or Finance is preferred
* Leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm, passion, and focus
* Ability to craft strong, collaborative working relationships and encourage creative solutions by effectively working through conflicts
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
* The ability to think strategically & visualize what might or could be, and to take a strategic approach to current issues and challenges
* The courage to do what is right and display sound judgment
**What's in It for You**
* Hourly pay rate for new hires in this position ranges: $20.00 - $45.00
