**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role as our business continues to expand. As a 1st line Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer emails, text messages, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be responsible for escalating more complex issues to our Customer Service Manager and sending initial responses to customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer emails, text messages, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Escalate more complex issues to the Customer Service Manager and send initial responses to customers
* Send email notifications to verify shipping addresses and possible fraudulent orders
* Keep track of replies and update addresses in the system or confirm orders as correct or escalate fraudulent orders accordingly
* Reach out to customers who have added negative reviews to ask for more details about their experience and offer solutions in coordination with the Customer Service Manager
* Organize and maintain email inbox in alignment with pre-set folders/tags
**Requirements**
* Experienced and proficient communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Ability to follow guidelines with a low margin for error
* Fluent (native or advanced) in English
* Fast learner with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Experience in email support and customer service
* Proficient user of Gmail and Freshdesk
