**Job Summary:**
arenaflex is seeking highly skilled and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Representatives for a 12-month temporary opportunity. As an Overnight CSR, you'll be responsible for handling emergency outages, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours, and transitioning to a remote opportunity after completing in-person, daytime training. **Responsibilities:**
* Handle emergency outages and provide exceptional support to our clients' customers during late-night hours
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior representatives
* Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience
* Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to complete in-person training during regular business hours before transitioning to night shift
* Analytical and computer literate
* 45 wpm typing and speaking on the phone simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
* Experience working in a 24/7 call center environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Manager (CCCM))
* Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Spanish, or Hawaiian)
