**Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) - Retail Phones (Remote, based in Nashville)**

**What You'll Do:**
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized recommendations for our products and services.
* Learning and utilizing our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders, manage customer relationships, and stay up-to-date on product information.
* Collaborating with your teammates, management, and other departments through our internal communication software to ensure seamless communication and a unified customer experience.
* Identifying and resolving customer pain points, suggesting innovative solutions to improve their experience, and implementing changes to enhance our services.

**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be available to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, which can be accessed through any web browser but works best with Google Chrome.
* Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, such as a home office, where you'll fulfill your shifts.
* Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
* Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
* Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router; a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided.
* Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
**Extra Credit:**
While not required, we welcome candidates with:
* Customer service experience, particularly in a retail or call center environment.
* Experience working from home, with a focus on productivity and time management.
