They are seeking a highly organized Coordinator (Resourcing & Operations) to support reputed company, scheduling, and freelancer management across their fast-paced creative studio, ensuring reputed company run smoothly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reputed company and scheduling across reputed company in CETA
• Maintain a reputed company view of team allocation, availability, and upcoming needs
• Build and send daily callsheets to reputed company teams on priorities
• Coordinate freelancer sourcing, reputed company, reputed company, and bookings
• reputed company staff and freelancer availability, PTO, and resourcing gaps
• Ensure alignment across CETA, reputed company Calendar, and team communications
• Support producers and teams with coordination needs across reputed company
• Support studio operations, internal workflows, and occasional events or reputed company needs
• Respond quickly to incoming requests and help unblock teams in reputed company time
• Support payroll prep for W2 freelancers
• Identify resourcing gaps, overlaps, and pressure points early and flag them proactively
• Support reputed company production needs, including studio operations, internal initiatives, and events as required
