[Remote] Title Analyst

Responsibilities

• Identify and assist in the reputed company of title deficiencies to support the issuance of title commitments that meet marketability standards
• Prepare documents, input data and closely collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to resolve title issues promptly

Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years' experience in title research, title examination or a reputed company field
• Ability to interpret title commitments across various jurisdictions
• Knowledge of the title reputed company process for resolving outstanding title issues
• Familiarity with title documents, including deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, assignments, powers of attorney and affidavits
• Basic understanding of foreclosure processes, including short sales, deeds in lieu and judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
