The Specialist I, reputed company Valuation & Value Analysis role involves reviewing asset reports and market trends to determine asset values and forecast market trends, while also providing reputed company value summaries for clients.

Responsibilities

• Review broker price opinion reports, agent data, and appraisal reports
• Research markets with online tools
• Reconcile values for multiple types of valuation tasks; loan modifications, short sales, bulk sale reviews, foreclosure analysis, charge off analysis and other types of financial reputed company needing a reputed company asset value
• Create reports and commentary in the CAM system
• reputed company task completion through CAM task history

• Pull reports and reputed company analysis on asset values and summaries for clients
• Possible travel for site inspection of reputed company properties and market research

Skills

• Associates or two-year college degree in a reputed company field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Entry-level support staff with 0-2 years of relevant experience

• Attention to detail in the review and data entry of information from documents
