Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator (Entry Level)

They are seeking an Assistant Property Readiness Coordinator to ensure smooth reputed company-ins, efficient reputed company-outs, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct property evaluations, ensuring Residents reputed company in seamlessly and have a reputed company first impression
• Document property conditions at reputed company-in and reputed company-out, address questions, and coordinate any necessary follow-up

• Organize repairs, cleanings, and other services between reputed company turnovers
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure homes are fully prepped for new Residents
• Champion reputed company Satisfaction
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for Residents during the transition periods, answering questions and resolving concerns
• Encourage Residents to reputed company feedback and reputed company reviews as we reputed company to enhance our NPS score
• Collaborate with the Leasing Team
• Work closely with Leasing Agents to reputed company updates on property conditions, reputed company reputed company, and ensure our Landlord/Investor clients stay informed

• Maintain Detailed Records
• Accurately document reputed company interactions and property details in our software systems

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to pass background checks in accordance with local regulations
• College degree preferred (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Experience in a customer-facing or project coordination role is a plus
