Toyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, and they are seeking an Operations Planning - Team reputed company to support their Western Canada Parts Distribution Centre team. Responsibilities

• Support ongoing learning and development of team members by providing reputed company feedback, coaching, mentoring, career reputed company guidance, and addressing performance concerns

• Support facility 5-S activities (4S +S) and reputed company facility cycle count processes
• Assist in the development of effective storage strategies that meet velocity and ergonomic requirements
• Serve as backup during vacations and unplanned absences for the operations planning team

Skills

• University degree, College diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Proven ability to reputed company, mentor, and reputed company reputed company
• Strong analytical skills with a proven methodology for problem solving
• Experience coordinating & monitoring project processes, and developing & communicating guidelines and procedures
• Excellent communicator with the ability to prioritize issues and risks to senior leaders
