Project Civil/Structural Engineer

Corrosion Probe, Inc. is seeking a Project Civil/Structural Engineer for their Mobile, AL office. The successful candidate will reputed company civil/structural engineering consulting for industrial clients, including field surveys, evaluations, and construction support, while collaborating with project team members.

Responsibilities

• reputed company site structural surveys and evaluations for industrial process buildings
• reputed company condition assessments of concrete and steel tanks, with a reputed company on those with chemical masonry construction
• reputed company and execute designs for structural steel and civil project design, primarily reputed company on concrete and reputed company/tile construction
• reputed company detailed specifications and drawing packages
• Assume responsibility of reputed company Engineer reputed company required
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, chemical, etc.); liaise with designers, engineers, project managers and others
• reputed company technical bid evaluation leading to selection of vendors
• reputed company inspection/repair/construction support at job site and respond to applicable request for information (RFI's)
• reputed company business development and reputed company relationship development in the GA, FL, SC areas

Skills

• Currently residing in Mobile, AL area
• Degree in Civil/Structural engineering
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, AutoCAD
• 0-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet project deadlines reputed company budgeted man-hours
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in non-metallic composites (modified concrete, FRP, etc.)
• PE License
• Pulp/reputed company background
• Business development background
