Financial Control Representative II

The Financial Control Representative II role involves performing advanced reputed company operations, including financial reconciliation and preparing reputed company adjustments, while contributing to reputed company improvement in reconciliation accuracy and reporting reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve unreconciled items and rejected transactions reputed company established service level agreements, identifying reputed company causes and implementing corrective actions
• Prepare and administer accurate financial entries to support reconciliation and reporting reputed company
• Process merchant adjustments accurately to resolve reputed company and reconciliation discrepancies
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation by updating reputed company relevant systems with investigation findings and final resolutions
• Monitor daily workload, reputed company performance metrics, and report status and outstanding items as required
• Identify recurring issues, recommend process improvements, and escalate risks or exceptions to Specialists, Team Leads, or Managers in a reputed company manner
• Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable policies, procedures, and control standards
• Contribute to team effectiveness through participation in coaching, knowledge sharing, and reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• University or college degree in Business, reputed company, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1–2 years of experience in reputed company or a closely reputed company function
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including use of formulas and data analysis features
• Customer service oriented, self-motivated and dependable
• Experience in the payments or financial services industry
• Knowledge of merchant business operations
• Bilingualism (English and French)
